  • IV infusions for depression and other psychiatric conditions.

Consultation Evaluations for ketamine treatments are mandatory for all new patients, and the fee for this service is $200.  For patients that we are “in-network” for, the fee for the consultation evaluation can be billed directly to the insurance company by our staff.  For these patients, co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles apply.  For patients that have insurance, and I am an “out of network” provider for, a superbill can be provided, which patients can submit to insurance companies, but the full payment for the consultation/office visit will be required at time of service.  For patients that do not have insurance that we accept, and for patient that choose not to use their insurance for whatever reason, the full cost (see below for self-pay rates) will need to be collected on each day of service.

Intravenous (IV) Ketamine Infusions for depression and other psychiatric indications are $400 per treatment.

Initial Ketamine Therapy consists of 6 IV infusions over the course of 2-3 weeks.  Infusions are 40 minutes in duration.  If the symptoms are successfully controlled with these initial treatments, then follow-up evaluations will be conducted to determine long-term treatment plans.  Follow up treatment, or “maintenance treatments,” usually consists of 1 infusion every 3-6 weeks. Deviations from this protocol are done on a case-by-case basis.

-Maintenance Pricing is for patients that have completed 6 infusions at our clinic, and are returning for ongoing ketamine treatments.  To qualify for “Maintenance Pricing” patients need to have had 6 infusions at our clinic, and then return within 6 weeks for subsequent treatments.  If more than 6 weeks between infusions, maintenance pricing doesn’t apply.  Maintenance treatments are discounted by $100.

-Insurance Reimbursements for ketamine infusions is not possible as ketamine is a non-FDA approved treatment for depression, and is considered investigational and experimental by most insurance plans.

-For questions, please contact our office, and we would be happy to explain any of the pricing details.
